Rebuild your old OmniTurn and bring it back to the shop the same or better than when you first purchased it. Here are some of the items that we check:

• Control - keyboard, monitor, hard disk, axis servos and power supply
• Slide - linear ways, ballscrews, thrust bearings, axis motors, sheetmetal
• Machine - Spindle, spindle motor, spindle encoder, coolant system

The OmniTurn was designed to be rebuilt easily! We can take your old attachment or GT and rebuild it for a fraction of what a new one goes for. New ways, ballscrews, axis amps, sheetmetal. What ever it takes, we have it! All very resonably priced. Usually a few thousand will do it, a worst case senario for a GT-75 would be about $13,000 where most everything was bad. When we are done, you would have the equivelent of a new GT. Remember the OmniTurn GT-75 and GT-Jr are easy to ship. They can be mounted on a few 4x4's and sent common carrier. No expensive riggers and special trucks. This can be cheeper than having to send a service tech to your facility. No hotels, dinners out, no expense reports!

Attachments are even easier. Pull the slide off the bed of the Hardinge, send it to us. In a few days we will ship it back sparkling like new.

Before we start any work you will get a written quote. We will do our best to be as careful with the price as possible. No components will be replaced unless needed and with your OK.
