OmniTurn Problem FAQ's

Situation:

Caxis Problem - It is a C axis problem, (Unison in Norwich, NY) - He has a program that he runs for a long time but now after a C move, the spindle vibrates.

He made another program with only C moves and the spindle is solid as a rock.

We exchanged MC2 B and Beddas because it was an old system.  Tried to lower the voltage but did not work.  They even replaced the motor, still the same.  Tried to remove the looping.

Result:

We found out that the Fordom unit, used with the program is interfering with the C axis.  After replacing the live tool, everything fell into place.

Situation:

Programming Error - G00 after a canned cycle like G33 or G83 does not work.

Result:

It has to be G94 F300 for the next move to be rapid
