Intended to hold the spindle in place
while light live tooling operations are done. This can
be used with the standard 5hp AC spindle drive. The C
axis spindle drive option does not need the. This brake
could be used for a sindle cross hole, slot, or milled
flat. It can be wired in with the live tools. So that
when the live tool is turned on the brake is activated.
This brake is not used to stop the
spindle while rotating.

pneumatic clamp shown above and a single solenoid to
