Check that the spindle drive is not faulted

• press the reset button on the spindle drive cabinet located at the left side of GT-75 and GT-Jr.

• Open electrical cabinet, check FLT relay, it should be on.

• If FLT relay is off, then check the spindle drive inverter or servo

Check the hatch on GT-Jr or front door interlocked.

• To jog the machine with door open during setup, get the interlock bypass key from the supervisor.

If you have a barfeeder, check that the end of bar circuit is not activated
